Job summary

Soledad is seeking the company’s first dedicated finance hire to own the books, establish controls, and partner with leadership on budgeting and unit economics. You will manage ledgers, close monthly, and coordinate with auditors while implementing scalable expense policies.

A CPA or active licensure is preferred; 4+ years of accounting experience in a tech or services startup is ideal. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Gusto/Rippling, Stripe, and expense tools is expected.

What we are looking for

• CPA or actively pursuing licensure.
• 4+ years accounting experience, ideally including a tech or services startup.
• Fluent with QuickBooks Online, Gusto/Rippling, Stripe, and modern expense tools.
• Strong sense of ownership and a bias for documented, repeatable processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with R&D tax credits and SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606).
