Accounting Specialist | DENSO

This is a full-time Accounting Specialist role at DENSO, operating under general supervision. DENSO is a global automotive components manufacturer dedicated to providing advanced technology and systems to the industry. This position is central to ensuring financial integrity and operational smoothness, as it involves investigating, analyzing, and reconciling critical accounting and financial information. The specialist also serves as a crucial liaison between internal departments and affiliates, actively resolving outstanding financial issues.

What You’ll Actually Do
  • Financial Recording: Create basic journal entries and perform detailed work paper reconciliation and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Asset Management: Establish new assets within the system, accurately run depreciation processes, and prepare all necessary financial reporting related to fixed assets.
  • Invoicing & Collections: Monitor and approve tooling records, process customer invoices efficiently and accurately, and actively assist the sales team in resolving past due tooling accounts.
  • Account Reconciliation: Prepare precise bank reconciliations, conduct comprehensive cash account analysis, and perform thorough intercompany account reconciliations to ensure financial consistency.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Complete all required financial reporting on schedule and proactively suggest process improvements within your area of responsibility to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
