Job summary

Strive Solutions is seeking a Corporate Accounting Specialist to support accurate and compliant financial reporting across global operations. You will own portions of the monthly close, perform reconciliations, and prepare financial statements in line with GAAP/IFRS.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze results, explain variances, and assist with audits, improving accounting processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control quality.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with monthly close, reconciliations, and financial statement prep.
• Detail-oriented with strong control mindset and compliance focus.
• Effective analytical skills and ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
