Sage Search Partners is seeking an Accountant for a well-established residential construction organization in Arlington, TX. This role supports land acquisition accounting and treasury activities, helping ensure land transactions are properly evaluated, funded, tracked, and reported.

The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience), strong financial reporting fundamentals, and advanced Excel capability (macro experience preferred), along with the ability to interpret land contracts, analyze proformas, and assess the financial impact of transactions. Experience with journal entries, wire transfers, escrow/homebuilding, and basic banking operations is a plus, as are strong communication and customer service skills for partnering with stakeholders across the business.

• Partner with land accounting leadership and managers to support day-to-day land acquisition accounting activities and related treasury processes
• Review land contracts to extract key terms, summarize details, and support transaction evaluation and documentation
