Job summary

ArcBest is seeking an Account Verification Coordinator to assign AIMS account numbers, verify routing and zip code accuracy, and apply freight bill accessorial codes. The role includes auditing accounts and staying aware of automation opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include researching customer details, maintaining accuracy, and working with ABF/ArcBest staff to ensure clear communication and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Less than 1 year ABF Coding experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign or verify the correct AIMS account number to all parties of a shipment.
• Apply all Account Verification rules and customer exceptions per the guide.
• Research and verify customer information including name, address, city, state, and zip codes.
• Verify freight bill origin and destination routings.
• Research and apply potential accessorial bill codes.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with ABF/ArcBest personnel to ensure effective communication.
