Job summary

PAM Transport is seeking an entry-level Operations Support specialist to assist the Account Management team in the day-to-day tasks that keep shipments moving. This role offers a clear pathway to an Account Manager position and rewards proactive, reliable work in a collaborative environment.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay range of $18-$21 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating tasks.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to track and trace shipments and provide updates.
• Proven time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Willingness to grow into an Account Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Management group with assigned tasks
• Appointment scheduling according to customer specified rules
• Track and trace of customer shipments for proactive communication
• Communicate effectively with customers on requested updates
