Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage promises and shipments; track vendor orders and logistics.
• Enter purchase orders to vendors via email or online entry.
• Act as primary contact for accounts payable/receivable on issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide order status updates.
• Provide documentation related to transactions upon request.
• Coordinate with warehouse to process freight claims and shipping arrangements.
• Review invoicing reports to identify margin loss and manage exceptions.
• Assist managers and key account specialists with administrative tasks.
