Colonial Group is seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional to support Producers and service teams in managing existing accounts. The role involves handling bond execution, client inquiries, and account reconciliation within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include submitting submissions to underwriters, gathering information for bond types, invoicing transactions, and maintaining accurate data in the agency system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related work experience preferred.
• Valid insurance license a plus.
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Executes a variety of bonds and analyzes bonds to ensure proper execution.
• Reviews client accounting history, responds to inquiries, and helps with past-due collections.
• Gathers information for applications for specific bond types.
• Submits new submissions to underwriters for approval.
• Researches requests for information from underwriters.
• Invoices all transactions including overs/unders, new bonds, endorsements, renewals.
• Composes correspondence to insured and/or underwriters.
• Creates letters and other forms of correspondence.
• Maintains data standards and integrity in agency management system.
• Other duties as assigned.
