Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Account Supervisor to join our team. The Account Supervisor is a brand champion who provides strategic input, tactical planning, and direction on client accounts. They have direct management responsibilities and build and maintain positive, lasting client relationships to effectively achieve marketing objectives while contributing to agency profit.

Responsibilities

• Constant, positive client contact with key clients.
• Ensure the client is kept apprised of all account activity, including ultimate responsibility for ensuring that appropriate written reports are delivered accurately and quickly.
• Thoroughly understand, communicate and advocate the agency POV.
• Ensure everyone is focused on brand strategy and positioning: client, account team, and other internal departments.
• Supervise and effectively manage the production of client‑approved marketing tools.
• Creative: Provide clear strategic direction to the creative team; evaluate creative product against strategic direction and provide constructive feedback; aim for breakthrough creative; collaborate on creative brief development.
• Management: Lead the team, resolve conflict, and provide clear and fair direction and feedback to junior account staff.
• Manage client demands versus budgets.
• Raise client awareness of when changes in client direction affect estimates.
• Maintain financial knowledge and control over the budget.
• Thoroughly understand the contract and its implications. Make sound decisions regarding hours dedicated to jobs and what to prioritize.

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 – USD $120,159.00 annually.
