Job description

About The Role:

We are looking for an Account Supervisor to join our Paid Media team. The role of the Account Supervisor is to supervise and manage our paid media offering while assuming an active role on the business. This person will assist with the development of paid media strategies and operating procedures, as well as building strong client relationships. They will also be responsible for leading, mentoring and developing junior employees and working across integrated teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation, writing and presentation of omnichannel media plan recommendations including but not limited to Digital (Paid Social, SEM, Programmatic Display, Video), OOH, Print, Radio, TV and Emerging Media opportunities.
  • Maintain accountability of the media plan by regularly evaluating performance against client objectives, recommending strategic optimizations, and overseeing in-platform optimizations and pacing.
  • Maintain the accuracy of tactical components of media plans such as flow charts, budget summaries and ads trackers.
  • Develop strategic POVs of media partner offerings and technology as it relates to client objectives.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of evaluations of media opportunities, media trends and areas of interest to clients.
  • Lead strategic recommendations for paid publisher partnerships by developing briefs for partners, managing proposal delivery and feedback throughout RFP process, evaluating content and audience alignment against client goals, and presenting recommendations.
  • Accurately and effectively manage client’s day-to-day planning requirements with a strong understanding of client’s business objectives, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors in the marketplace.
  • Oversee financial stewardship of media, including purchase authorizations, billing and budget control reporting, and ensuring that discrepancies are resolved appropriately.
  • Participate in team/agency projects such as new business presentations as required.
  • Manage and lead junior employees. Communicate agency goals, manage workloads, provide ongoing performance feedback and support professional development.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4+ years of paid media / advertising.
  • Experience in integrated media planning.
  • History of developing positive business relationships with a focus on client service.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with an eye for detail and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships internally.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge and insights gained from industry trends to media planning.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, self development, and supporting a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency or strong understanding of ad platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn), and media tools (e.g. Prisma, CM360).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working with healthcare brands (external/internal) is a plus.

Salary: $69,000 - $112,000 a year
