SAE/Account Supervisor – Beauty & Health

SAE/Account Supervisor – Beauty & Health

Rapidly growing marketing communications agency of sound-minded individuals seeks a pro-active and detail-oriented candidate with strong pitching skills and relationships, specifically in digital and broadcast. The ideal candidate is a media and influencer relations star with an understanding of social media, that will bring a variety of beauty and health brands to life. A creative problem-solver with the ability to produce buttoned-up work on tight deadlines is essential. This role is a client-facing position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Growing and maintaining relationships, leading and participating in proactive and reactive media and influencer relations efforts

· Ability to secure media placements and influencer collaborations, including pitch drafting and influencer trades

· Social media oversight of junior social media staffer, posting of assets, community management and growth strategy

· Servicing numerous accounts and leading aspects of client communications

· Reviewing all press materials, agendas, client reports and anything to be sent to the clients for accuracy, grammar, spelling, formatting and content

· Strategic deck creation, as needed

· Event management and staffing, including drafting of production schedules

· Partner + vendor communications and management

· Overseeing junior staff, as needed, including social media

· Participating in new business, including research, developing proposals, attending new business meetings and presenting ideas

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum of three (3) years of public relations agency experience with a focus on medical aesthetics, health or consumer beauty

·Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· The individual must have media and influencer contacts, particularly among consumer digital media, broadcast, beauty experts and influencers, as well as a proven track record of generating placements

· Working knowledge of social media platforms and paid influencer campaigns is critical

· This role is client-facing and candidates must be polished and confident in presenting ideas both in writing and person

· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred

• Strong team player who works well in a highly integrated team model

· Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and a dynamic social presence

· Comfortable with data, measurement (paid, organic) in order to mine for insights and optimizations

· Passion for real-time storytelling and content in the beauty/lifestyle space

· An eye for quality visual and editorially written content

· An understanding of influencer marketing best practices, as well as the earned and paid landscape

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-oriented mindset

· An aptitude for tools and the ability to quickly pick up on new technology

· Must be a self-solver and a self-starter

· Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Instagram and Canva
