Job summary

BerlinRosen in New York is seeking an Account Supervisor for our DigiTech team to manage day-to-day client relationships and guide junior staff.

You will lead earned media programs for consumer technology, gaming and digital entertainment, build relationships with tech and lifestyle media, and drive product launches.

This hybrid role offers exposure to cross‑functional campaigns, executive visibility, and opportunities to advance within Orchestra's growing tech practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public relations agency experience.
• At least one year at Account Supervisor level or equivalent managing client relationships.
• Experience supporting consumer technology products and launches.
• Strong relationships across consumer technology, lifestyle media.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for pitches and reports.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and reviewing work.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced agency.
• Experience with both B2C and B2B technology communications is a plus.
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day client relationships with senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications across consumer tech, gaming and digital entertainment accounts.
• Develop and execute earned media strategies to generate high-quality coverage.
• Lead product launch programs, media tours, product reviews and storytelling campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology, consumer and lifestyle journalists.
• Draft pitches, messaging, briefing documents, reports and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor and coach junior team members while reviewing work and providing feedback.
• Partner with senior leadership on client strategy, presentations and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate multiple client priorities with strong attention to detail.
