Role Overview

You are intelligent, passionate, and able to affect change. In this role at Cadent Medical Communications, you will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple high‑level projects and prioritize business goals while following up on key accounts. This position offers the opportunity to shape communications strategies at the forefront of the medical communications space.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leads in the development and execution of broad communication strategies for mid‑level and large biotech customers, including corporate and scientific narratives, brand refinement, roll‑outs, executive visibility, corporate and data milestone announcements, and internal communications.
• Develop internal and external communications such as disease factsheets, animations, corporate messaging, executive social media content, briefing materials, and executive slides to support larger presentations.
• Demonstrate robust, cross‑functional project management, ensuring timely delivery of flawless materials and providing counsel to support corporate communications, scientific exchange, social media, thought leadership, internal communications, and media relations.
• Review and oversee development of timelines, calendars, action plans, runs of show, agendas, call notes, and overall account support materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience at a medical communications agency.
• Experience using a publications management system such as iEnvision/Datavision.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Solution‑oriented, go‑get‑ting attitude with the ability to drive day‑to‑day operations and collaborate across internal departments.

Compensation

The annual base salary ranges from $105,000 to $115,000, with potential for commissions/bonus based on performance.
