Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Creative studio seeking a talented and driven Account Supervisor. The Account Supervisor is an experienced account management professional who manages day-to-day account activities and supports Account Directors and Senior Account Directors. This role requires a strong understanding of the advertising industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in managing projects and client relationships.

About the Role

The Account Supervisor is an experienced account management professional who manages day-to-day account activities and supports Account Directors and Senior Account Directors.

Responsibilities

Project Management (60%):

• Manage day-to-day account activities, ensuring projects are on track and within budget.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Oversee the development of creative briefs and other project deliverables.

Relationship Management (40%):

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients on project-related issues.
• Participate in client presentations and meetings.
• Actively listen for opportunities to expand current client engagements or identify potential new business leads. Share these opportunities with your supervisor and contribute to developing strategies to pursue them.
• Foster strong internal relationships with account lead and cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Production, PM) to ensure seamless collaboration, effective problem-solving, and efficient project execution. This includes proactive communication and information sharing to maintain transparency and alignment across departments on project status, key updates, and potential challenges.
• Maintain open lines of communication and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in account management at an advertising agency.
• Proven track record of success in managing projects and client relationships.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management skills.

Pay range and compensation package

This position has an estimated annual salary range of $90,000-$105,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls. This position can be based in Los Angeles. If based in Los Angeles, this will be a hybrid role with 2 days in office. This position can be based in New York. If based in New York, this will be a hybrid role with 1 day in office.
