Job summary

Account Supervisor FLSA: Exempt Supervisors Title: Division Maintenance Manager

General Summary

The Account Supervisors primary responsibility is to help and hold accountable EMTS Team Members to deliver excellent services to our customers.

• Has excellent knowledge of landscape maintenance operations.
• Able to deliver excellent verbal communications with customers and employees.

• The ability to communicate the needs of our customers to EMTS personnel.
• The ability to communicate the capabilities of EMTS to our customers.
• Have a positive attitude when faced with challenges.
• Work in an organized and proactive manner.
• Lead, build and manage teams, work collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience scheduling, supervising and evaluating staff
• Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Education and Experience

Minimum of 5 years experience in the landscape maintenance operations and/or customer service. Must be able to travel (drive) up to 30-50% of the time to jobsites and project locations as required. Must possess a valid California driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the Company's insurance carrier.

Work Environment/ Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
• Regularly required to stand; walk; bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and inspect work sites.
• Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather (heat or cold).
