Responsibilities

• Restock displays, sections, racks, coolers and shelves with labels facing outward
• Build displays and promotional items throughout the store according to schedule
• Rotate products to maintain FIFO stock on shelves
• Maintain back rooms and consolidate back stock in loading dock areas
• Set aside unfit product for credit to customer accounts
• Operate powered equipment (e.g., pallet jack) and manual tools
• Attend meetings as assigned and perform additional duties as needed

What does an Account Specialist do at Swire Coca-Cola?

The Account Specialist is responsible for representing Swire Coca-Cola USA as a professional customer service specialist to all assigned existing convenience retail accounts. The Account Specialist executes promotional activity and ensures that accounts are merchandised in accordance with Swire standards. Responsibilities also include inventorying, ordering, merchandising and building displays, utilizing technology tools and programs designed to inventory and order product to best serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Restock displays, sections, racks, coolers and shelves in an aligned manner with labels facing outward for purchase and consumption
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store general management
• Rotate products to ensure that stores follow a first in first out stocking system by removing and organizing product on shelves at the end of each location visit
• Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in a safely accessible way within the assigned loading dock area. This is done each day with every assigned customer
• Set aside and store in backroom any product unfit for sale to be credited to customer account
• Operating powered equipment (ex: powered pallet jack) and manual equipment
• Attend meetings as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to operate Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on an iPhone and iPad devices
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Reliable form of transportation
