Job summary

Cintas is seeking a New Account Coordinator in Eagan, MN to coordinate the new account install from the end of the sales process to the first delivery. You will interact with the customer and other Cintas departments to coordinate installation of products and services and input data into company systems.

Responsibilities include accessing various databases, reviewing information, and ensuring a smooth installation with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of office or project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the new account install from end of sales to first delivery.
• Interact with customer and other departments to coordinate installation of Cintas products and services.
• Access databases to review, download and input/update data in the system.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
