Job summary

Cintas is seeking a New Account Coordinator to coordinate the new account install, from the end of the sales process to the first delivery.

Responsibilities include interacting with the customer and other Cintas departments to coordinate the installation of Cintas products and services; accessing a variety of computer databases to review, download and manually input/update data in the system; installing the accounts as efficiently as possible; and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 1 year office or project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the installation of new accounts from end of the sales process to first delivery.
• Interact with the customer and other Cintas departments to plan the installation of products and services.
• Access various databases to review, download and input/update data in the system.
• Install accounts efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
