Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a New Account Coordinator to drive the installation of new accounts from the end of the sales cycle to first delivery. You will engage with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth installation of products and services.

You will review and input data across databases, install accounts efficiently, and strive for high customer satisfaction throughout the process. This role is based in the Minneapolis area and follows a 1st shift, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year office or project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the new account install from the end of the sales process to the first delivery.
• Interact with the customer and other Cintas departments to coordinate the installation of Cintas products and services.
• Access a variety of computer databases to review, download and manually input/update data in the system.
• Install the accounts as efficiently as possible.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
