Job summary

Cintas is seeking a New Account Coordinator to coordinate the new account install from the end of the sales process to the first delivery. You will interact with the customer and other Cintas departments to coordinate the installation of Cintas products and services.

You will access various computer databases to review, download and manually input or update data in the system; install the accounts as efficiently as possible; and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the installation

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of office or project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the new account install from end of sales to first delivery.
• Interact with the customer and other Cintas departments to schedule installation.
• Review, download, and input/update data in company databases.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
