Job summary

Crown Information Management is seeking an Account & Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers. You will close and set up service on inbound calls, mine dormant accounts, and cross-sell shredding and related services.

Strong CRM and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the potential for growth and professional development within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma minimum with 2 years' experience in Customer Service and Sales.
• Proven ability to generate inbound/outbound sales and cross-sell services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries from calls, web leads, and existing accounts with quotes and sales.
• Proactively mine dormant accounts to generate repeat and reactivated business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for all touches and pricing details in real time.
• Explain services, pricing, and scheduling clearly to customers and prospects.
• Use calendars to secure best service dates and communicate alternatives diplomatically.
• Identify service areas nearing capacity and prioritize outreach accordingly.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure service quality.
• May perform other office tasks as needed.
