Maxwel Biberdorf - State Farm Agency Intern is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and grow the office through customer relations in Winona, Minnesota. The role focuses on proactively marketing products and services to meet clients’ needs and enhance their financial protection.

The candidate will develop leads, nurture relationships, and deliver prompt, friendly service while maintaining compliance and building trust with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside or inside) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
