As an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matt Flinn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily operations and customer success. You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Your role involves proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve our customers' lives. We seek an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional eager to join our team and grow your career while serving the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
