Jacob Czaja - State Farm Agent in Amherst, NY is seeking an Account Representative to help grow the agency by building strong customer relationships and proactively marketing relevant products and services. You will assist customers, identify needs, and coordinate with agency departments to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
