• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, renewals, and outstanding requests.
• Process customer requests accurately and maintain detailed account records.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and office goals.
• Maintain compliance with State Farm guidelines and insurance regulations.

You will assist clients with their insurance needs by answering questions, servicing existing policies, processing account changes, and identifying opportunities to recommend additional State Farm products and services.
