Sasha Ivanov Insurance is seeking an Account Representative to join a State Farm Agent team in Palatine, IL. You will grow our agency through customer relations, lead development, and promoting insurance and financial products.

This full-time role offers a base plus commission, opportunities for advancement, paid time off, and bonus performance rewards. Strong communication and service mindset are essential, along with a valid Property & Casualty license.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.

• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

As Account Representative for Sasha Ivanov - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
