Natasha Heykoop - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and by marketing State Farm products and services. The role focuses on developing leads, building strong customer relationships, and providing prompt, friendly service to clients.

The position is described as part time to full time, with opportunities for advancement and an emphasis on customer-focused marketing and service delivery in a State Farm environment.

• Must speak Spanish fluently.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.

• Able to anticipate customer needs.

• Must be able to get Property & Casualty license.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Account Representative for Natasha Heykoop - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
