Tony Persichitti - State Farm Agency Intern is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the office through meaningful client relationships and proactively market State Farm products to meet needs.

Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and delivering prompt, friendly service. A Property & Casualty license is preferred; strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.
