Job summary

The Kelvin Thomas Insurance Agency Inc, a State Farm independent contractor, seeks an Account Representative in Fremont, CA. You will grow the agency through customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and sales.

Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, providing prompt service, and promoting products. You will build long-term customer relationships and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Property & Casualty and Life/Health licensed preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Work Hours 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
• Base plus commission pay structure

Role Description

As Account Representative for the Kelvin Thomas Insurance Agency Inc, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency sales. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Compensation: $33,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
