Tanner Sprinkel - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and serve customers. You will grow the agency by developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing State Farm insurance and financial services products.

Responsibilities include establishing relationships, following up with customers, and providing prompt, friendly service, including inquiries on coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside or inside) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
