Job summary

Kristi Vole - State Farm Agency Intern is seeking an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member to support daily operations and customer success. The role focuses on growing the office through meaningful client relationships and proactive marketing of State Farm products.

Candidates should have sales experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to manage customer relationships. A Property & Casualty license is preferred or required to qualify for this position.

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
