Job summary

State Farm Agent Justin Goodman in Anchorage is seeking an Account Representative to help grow the agency through strong customer relations and proactive marketing of products and services. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and match clients with appropriate insurance and financial services.

You’ll provide friendly, accurate service, respond to inquiries about coverage, billing, and claims, and assist in building lasting customer trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside or inside) preferred
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to anticipate customer needs
• Able to relate effectively to customers
• Property & Casualty license (preferred)

As Account Representative for Justin Goodman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
