• This is a 99% remote position, but applicants must reside in the Albuquerque Metropolitan Area or nearby areas.
• Applicants must have at least 1 year of P&C insurance experience in the Albuquerque area OR at least 2 years of sales experience involving pursuing, convincing, or following up with potential customers (such as order-taking, customer service roles, or lead-driven jobs). Experience where leads come to you and are self-initiated will not count.
• The compensation is a base salary plus monthly bonuses based on performance. The listed pay range reflects total year-end pay, influenced by experience and performance.
