About The Role

Account Representatives at Uber Eats bring the best local and regional small and medium restaurants to the Uber Eats platform. Who are we looking for? Someone who is natural at selling, knows the best local restaurants, is passionate about food and Uber, and enjoys negotiating.

In this role, you will lead the full sales cycle and sign partnerships with top local restaurants while being a champion for the Uber and Uber Eats brands. Your success is measured by achieving and exceeding your monthly quota and proactively building your pipeline through managing and hitting weekly metrics (cold calls, emails, and field appointments).

What You'll Do
  • Own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants to sign new partnerships in your region through cold-calling (at least 50 dials per day) and in-person meetings.
  • Create a great first impression and act as an ambassador of Uber Eats to develop long-term partnerships, clearly communicating Uber's value.
  • Manage contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties.
  • Help identify and build standard processes and collaborate with the Account Management team to support seamless onboarding of new restaurant partners.
  • Maintain proactive communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ years of professional sales experience or 0+ years with a Bachelor's Degree (earned or in progress) and exposure to sales through internships or other experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ year of work experience in sales (full cycle sales preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite.
  • Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
  • Persistence, perseverance, and resilience to rejection and cold-calling.
  • Ability to think quickly, curiosity, and questioning mindset.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow in sales.
  • Comfort with phone-based work (70%) and fieldwork (30%).

Compensation varies by location: Atlanta, GA: USD$22/hour; Miami, FL: USD$24.75/hour. US roles are eligible for Uber's bonus and benefits. More details at Uber Benefits.
