Precoa seeks a motivated Account Representative to own the Waite Funeral Home relationship in Wadsworth, OH and drive growth for Medina County families.

You will learn proven sales tactics from top leadership, coach peers, and build leadership skills as you help more families experience compassionate care. This role offers a clear path to sales leadership within a national preneed leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• High emotional intelligence: read people well, build trust quickly, handle hard conversations with empathy.
• Low ego and real humility: take feedback, own mistakes, celebrate others' wins.
• Critical thinking and sound judgment: ask good questions, weigh tradeoffs, solve problems without being told how.
• Genuine interest in training and developing other sales leaders, with ownership and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the Waite Funeral Home in the Wadsworth market and the partnership.
• Build relationships with the Waite team and the local community to earn influence.
• Promote a funeral home families already trust and help more people experience that care.
• Learn proven sales tactics and leadership principles from top field management and sales leaders.
• As you grow, coach peers and help newer team members succeed.

Own the Wadsworth market and your partnership.

• You will be the main point of contact for Waite Funeral Home, a trusted name in Medina County. Building relationships with their team and the community is how you earn influence, and influence is the foundation of leadership.

Promote a funeral home families already trust.

• You will get out in the community, meet families, and show them what Waite is known for. With a reputation like theirs, your job is to help more people experience that care before they need it.

• Base salary plus commission based on experience and ability. Most Account Representatives earn approximately $65,000 to $85,000 annually, and your performance sets your ceiling.
