Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking an Account Representative I to build and expand business by converting competitors' accounts and enhancing medium-sized accounts into large ones. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction through effective communication and management of expectations.

The ideal candidate will undertake various sales duties, including lead generation, customer interaction, and preparation of customized quotes while coordinating with vendors to support sales efforts.

• Assists with on-site troubleshooting of customers' concerns.
• Works with and coordinates vendor resources to build relationships and support sales.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
