You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve customers' lives.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside, inside, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.

Role Description

As an Account Representative for Teran Harmon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
