Job summary

Unified Resources, Inc. is seeking an in-office Client Programs Account Representative to support multiple marketing programs and clients. You will move between systems, analyze program data patterns, and leverage approved AI tools to accelerate automation and problem solving.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, creating Excel trackers, validating data, and processing claims and orders for compliance. A customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, customers, and vendors to meet SLAs.
• Build and maintain Excel reports/trackers; validate data and catch discrepancies.
• Use AI tools to support automation and fraud detection in program integrations.
• Review and process claims, co-op/rebate/promotional submissions, and eCommerce orders for compliance.
• Provide technical support for digital signage programs.
• Collaborate within a team covering multiple concurrent client programs.
• Manage online phone system and multiple email inboxes during business hours.
• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by phone and email.
• Gather information, assess needs, and resolve issues, educating customers.

Job description

Unified is seeking an in-office Client Programs Account Representative for a fluid, cross-functional role spanning multiple marketing programs and clients. You'll move between systems, spot patterns in program data, and use AI tools (in approved contexts) to work faster, solve problems creatively, and assess results.

What You'll Do

Program Management

• Develop deep knowledge of Unified’s client programs and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, customers, and vendors to meet SLAs
• Build and maintain Excel reports/trackers (pivot tables, formulas); validate data and catch discrepancies before they become client-facing
• Use AI tools to support automation and fraud detection in program integrations
• Review and process claims, co-op/rebate/promotional submissions, and eCommerce orders for compliance and accuracy
• Provide technical support for digital signage programs
• Collaborate within a team covering multiple concurrent client programs

Customer Care

• Manage online phone system and multiple e‑mail inboxes (up to 20) during business hours (8am–5pm CT, Monday-Friday)
• Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledge service by phone and e‑mail
• Gather information, assess needs, and proactively resolve issues, educating customers along the way
