State Farm agent Amjad Aburjai is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. The role emphasizes lead development, responsive service, and proactive marketing to build lasting relationships while ensuring accurate policy information

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to listen and relate to customers effectively.
• Dedicated to customer service and meeting customer needs.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and act pro-actively.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
