Claudia Nicholls – State Farm Agent in the United States seeks an Account Representative to support daily operations and deliver outstanding customer success. You will grow the agency through proactive customer relations and by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and market products to meet client needs, while providing prompt, friendly service and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
