The Sullivan Agency specializes in protecting families through various insurance products, including life, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, and index universal life.

Our first-time agents can earn between $75,000 and $150,000 annually, even without prior sales experience. We provide a proven system, leads, and training that eliminate cold calling.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates possess a growth mindset, resilience, positivity, self-motivation, coachability, and a strong work ethic. We value entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to personal development. Candidates should have a laptop or computer with a video camera, high-speed internet, a smartphone, and an insurance license (assistance available upon acceptance).

Compensation and Benefits

This is a 100% commission-based role. Top performers can earn up to $7,000 in cash bonuses and an all-expenses-paid trip worth $8,000 based on sales within the first 90 days. We also offer comprehensive training, regional and national events, advancement opportunities, and remote work options.
