Acushnet Company is seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative in Massachusetts. You will manage customized orders from entry to fulfillment, ensuring logo, artwork, pricing, and product availability accuracy.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customized orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in logo specifications, artwork, pricing, and product availability. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, sales representatives, graphic designers, vendors, and internal operations teams to coordinate artwork approvals, monitor order progress, and meet customer deadlines, including urgent requests. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. In addition, you will help drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, maintaining detailed logo and artwork records, recognizing trends or unusual activity, and supporting the training and development of new team members.
Please note this is a temporary opportunity and is onsite three days per week. Pay Rate is $24 per hour.
