We are rapidly expanding and looking for a motivated, organized, and relationship-driven Account Manager to build strategic partnerships with personal injury attorneys and grow our referral network.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in generating consistent revenue by nurturing relationships with personal injury law firms and connecting them with our integrated healthcare services. Your responsibilities include:

• Cultivating long-term relationships with PI attorneys, case managers, and paralegals.
• Promoting a comprehensive range of medical services, including:
• Chiropractic & Physical Therapy
• Pain Management & Interventional Procedures
• Neurology Consults
• Advanced Imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray)
• Coordinating with internal case managers and clinical teams for streamlined patient care.
• Attending networking events, legal conferences, and community outreach programs.
• Logging all outreach activity (visits, calls, emails, texts) in CRM promptly and accurately.
• Planning efficient weekly travel routes and maximizing in-person engagement.
• Hosting referral partners for monthly appreciation events or sporting outings.

Key Responsibilities (by Frequency)

Daily

• Conduct and log visits, calls, emails, and texts in CRM
• Follow up on open items
• Research at least one new referral partner
• Visit all assigned partners
• Engage in meaningful, strategic conversations
• Update CRM and confirm event attendance

Monthly

• Submit activity and conversion reports
• Host at least one partner using your monthly expense budget
• Distribute marketing materials and attend company-hosted events

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, marketing, or case management within the personal injury legal/medical field
• Understanding of PI case structures, including lien-based or LOP (Letter of Protection) models a plus.
• An existing network with PI law firms is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational habits
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for meetings and events
