Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a Custom Account Representative to coordinate and fulfill custom orders across apparel, outerwear, gloves, socks, and footwear. You will ensure logo specs, artwork approvals, and pricing accuracy while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of cs experience, and a background in embroidered or apparel-related products is preferred. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential for this hybrid role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience required.
• Previous experience supporting embroidered, customized, or apparel-related products preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customers, sales reps, internal teams and external vendors to deliver a best-in-class custom ordering experience.
• Manage custom orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy of logo specs, artwork approvals, pricing, and product customization details across apparel, outerwear, gloves, socks, and footwear.
• Coordinate multiple projects, resolve order-related issues, meet deadlines and support process improvements while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing

The Custom Account Representative serves as a key liaison between customers, sales representatives, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver a best-in-class custom ordering experience. This role is responsible for managing custom orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring the accuracy of logo specifications, artwork approvals, pricing, and product customization details across apparel, outerwear, gloves, socks, and footwear. The ideal candidate combines exceptional customer service, strong organizational skills, and keen attention to detail to coordinate multiple projects, resolve order-related issues, meet critical deadlines, and support continuous process improvements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
