Acushnet Company is seeking a Custom Account Representative to act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, internal groups, and external vendors to deliver a best-in-class custom ordering experience.

You will manage custom orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring logo specifications, artwork approvals, pricing, and product customization details are accurate across apparel, outerwear, gloves, socks, and footwear.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience required.
• Previous experience supporting embroidered, customized, or apparel-related products preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing
