Job summary

Pro V Enterprises LLC is seeking a proactive Scrap Metal Buyer to visit customer sites, secure new accounts, and negotiate scrap pricing. This field-based role rewards performance with bonuses and clear opportunities for advancement.

You will call on industrial accounts, visit facilities, and grow your own territory while building lasting relationships with metal suppliers and buyers.

Responsibilities

• Call on industrial accounts - machine shops, fabrication shops, auto recyclers, demolition contractors, manufacturers, and more
• Prospect new leads via cold calls, drop-ins, networking, and referrals
• Visit facilities to learn scrap flow, identify opportunities, and build trust
• Negotiate pricing with the team to offer competitive rates
• Submit call reports to track visits, leads, and account activity
• Grow your territory by building your own book of business
