Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking an Account Representative to be the primary contact for key accounts, drive sales, and present new products to customers.

You will implement strategies to grow profits, identify opportunities to improve productivity, handle customer needs, and support the Finance team with claims. Base salary starts at $60,000 annually and bonus eligibility applies; a company vehicle is not provided but reimbursement is offered under our FAVR program.

Are you ready? As an Account Representative, you will be the point person on key accounts. We will count on you to service these key accounts and solicit new business to maximize sales and profitability.

In this role you will:

• Assist Financial Department in resolving claims and other issues

What you bring to the table:

• 1+ years related experience required
• 4 year degree preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP)

Compensation Details:

The expected base salary for this position is starting at $60,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics. This role requires the use of your personal vehicle for business purposes. Graybar offers a Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) reimbursement program to support eligible drivers. This program allows you to choose and drive your own vehicle, rather than a company-assigned car, and your reimbursements can help you build equity in your vehicle over time. Please note that certain vehicle requirements, such as age and original MSRP, may impact your eligibility for tax-free reimbursement. More information about Graybar's FAVR reimbursement program will be shared upon hire.
