Responsibilities include handling a high volume of calls, managing assigned accounts, and collecting necessary information within regulatory guidelines. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and strong typing skills are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (required).
• Bilingual (Spanish) a Plus!

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily.
• Be responsible for accounts worked.
• Obtain location information when needed.
• Adhering to FDCPA, HIPAA and all other Federal/State regulations as well as company procedures and policies.
