Modern Floristry Inc is seeking a passionate Client Account Manager to join our Los Angeles team. You will be the key liaison between clients and our creative floral services, managing a portfolio of accounts and tailoring proposals to client needs.

This on-site role requires exceptional communication, organization, and CRM proficiency, with opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling while collaborating with design and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management or related sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, orders, and ongoing communication
• Develop and present customized floral proposals and solutions tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with internal creative and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account revenue
• Track account activity, prepare reports, and maintain accurate CRM records
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong relationships
