Qualifications

• 4+ years of agency experience in project management or account management.
• Experience managing consumer brand, campaign, or integrated creative work.
• Strong client communication and relationship skills.
• Knowledge of scopes, budgets, timelines, and creative workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
• Good judgment, taste, curiosity, and confidence to move teams forward.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from kickoff through delivery, managing timelines, scope, budgets, and next steps.
• Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients.
• Run meetings, status calls, and internal check-ins.
• Translate client feedback into clear direction for strategy, creative, design, and production teams.
• Vet work before it goes out, ensuring deliverables are on brief and client-ready.
• Keep account leadership informed on project health, timing, and issues.
• Anticipate roadblocks and raise flags early.
• Help ensure the work stays focused and moving toward a strong creative outcome.
